- After you’ve chosen a plan and enrolled as our client, we will make sure to remind you of specific attributes of your benefits package, and how you can use them to maximize the reward of your new policy.
- Even when you’re on board, don’t expect us to go away. We keep in contact with our clients to make sure their plan is working, and to remind them about features they should take advantage of. By the same token, we are available to help you navigate any issues you might encounter with your plan as well.
